Who ships the box

Every button on this site opens the pet’s listing at our partner store. The order is placed there, packed in their warehouse and delivered by their carriers. Delivery speed and cost depend on the options shown at their checkout.

Tracking

Tracking lives on the order page of your account at the partner store. We never see an order number, so we cannot look one up, but their order page shows every scan.

When the box lands

Open it with the new owner if you can. Check that the pet reacts to a pat, that the accessories listed on the back of the box are there and that the certificate is inside. If anything is missing, the order page at the store is where to report it.

Gift timing

Listings show an estimated arrival date before you pay. For birthdays, order a week ahead of what the estimate says.
